Based in the MIEL industrial zone of Shah Alam, Selangor, Nanowater Research Lab is a fully integrated bottled-water manufacturer. We control every stage under one roof — preform injection moulding, PET bottle blow moulding, multi-stage reverse-osmosis treatment, automated filling, labelling and packaging.
That integration means tighter quality control, faster turnaround and lower unit cost — the foundations investors and OEM partners rely on. We produce our own labels and manufacture for client brands such as Jantzen Drinking Water, all on the same certified lines.

PET preform injection moulding
Precision injection of food-grade PET preforms in-house — eliminating supplier dependency and locking in consistent gram weight and neck finish.
PET bottle blow moulding
Stretch blow moulding across 250ml, 500ml and 1.5L formats, with rapid mould changeover for custom bottle geometries and private-label shapes.
Filling, capping & packaging
Automated rinse–fill–cap monoblocks feed straight into labelling, shrink-wrap and case packing — a continuous, low-contamination line from empty bottle to sealed carton.
Water R&D & reverse osmosis
Multi-stage reverse-osmosis treatment with controlled mineral balancing and ongoing product development for taste, pH and functional water formats.
Quality control & compliance
Batch-tested to Ministry of Health Malaysia, HALAL (JAKIM) and GMP standards, with documented traceability from source water to dispatched pallet.
OEM & private label
